Congresswoman Edith Green in 1973 said: "knowledge without action is futile" (pointless). "but action without knowledge is fatal". - (Better Late Than Early -- When trying to find support for early entrance into regular school, instead they found "overwhelming evidence to the contrary")
Children need to be with loving parents the majority of the day if possible! This rings true to my heart. While preschool/early schooling for disadvantaged and handicapped children can be helpful.
